What is the MCA?
The Metchosin Community Association (MCA) is a non-profit "community-building" organization open to all members of the community. The MCA was formed in 1993. Our Association serves the purpose of initiating, encouraging and organizing a variety of educational, recreational, cultural and other community activities within Metchosin. With the exception of a salaried part-time office coordinator, our Association is run solely with volunteers from the community.
Why become a member?
The benefits of becoming a member of the MCA include but are not limited to:
Early notification of events via our weekly email newsletter.
Opportunity to volunteer in the community and to serve on the Board.
Only members can vote at the MCA AGM.
Pride in supporting the MCA's ability to provide vital services in the community.
