The back of the house has a small patio suitable for setting up a few tables

Adjacent to the house is a gravel parking lot that easily holds 20-30 vehicles.

The yard includes a playground for tots.

The covered patio is also the handicapped access point. 

There are three washrooms in the house including this handicapped accessible one.

The main meeting room has seating for up to 75 people, a PA system, 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and a gas fireplace.
